We are back in Costa Rica!🥳❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A little story for those who are newer to our page: In 2019, we sold everything and gave up our jobs and appartement to travel full-time. We traveled through South East Asia and spent most of the time in Indonesia💙 until mid-2020 we went home to Switzerland because all countries in Asia had their borders closed🙈 We lived with the family in Switzerland and had a beautiful summer, but we knew we want to take off again once it will be possible and had the plan to go back to Indonesia. Which did not happen, and even though that was a big disappointment at first, we are grateful now because this led us to another country which we completely fell in love with😍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We traveled all around Costa Rica and explored the different regions, and we made unforgettable memories🥰 We feel like finding answers to many of our questions here; the healthy nature and biodiversity and the philosophy the people live by is something we appreciate and learn from❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
One thing is clear now, we want to make Costa Rica our home base🥰 and we will reveal more about this soon! Full-time traveling the way we used to is not possible for us at the moment, but we think positive and will use the meantime to build something for our future✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

To take care of our health and make it a priority in our life has so much to do with self-love❤️ and it needs us to make room for it in our everyday life. It needs more time to cook & prepare a healthy, fresh, and balanced diet than to eat processed foods. To exercise and move our body needs time and also to take care of our mental health, for example with meditation or journaling or even just to take time to relax✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But every hour we spend for our health and well-being is an investment in ourselves and our future🥰 we have it in our hands if we will stay healthy and fit or not. And the healthier we are, the more we can achieve everything else we want in our life😍 so let’s all make our healthy body & mind our priority and take care of it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
